Job Duties and Responsibilities

We operate a certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM service center. This means we don’t compromise on the quality of our work. As an automotive technician working for us at John Vance CDJR, you will be expected to maintain our high standards of quality auto care and outstanding customer service. All work you perform must be according to our approved procedures and policies for auto service. You will be required to attend mandatory training classes. You will also be required to effectively communicate with the customers and other employees of John Vance CDJR. This includes communication with the parts department to obtain parts and accessories for service. You will be asked to keep your supervisor informed of any changes/disruptions to your work and follow all housekeeping and safety policies.
